Common Responsibilities

  • Create a social media calendar that aligns with and supports the company’s content calendar, demand generation calendar, and events calendar
  • Assume ownership of all company social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok) and submit regularly scheduled and ad hoc posts
  • Operate the company’s social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Loomly, Buffer, SocialPilot)
  • Promote company’s demand generation efforts and news of the day to increase brand awareness and cultivate leads
  • Work closely with the company’s digital marketing manager to generate reports to assess the performance of social media initiatives
